Mark Otto has over 20 years of experiences at the New York Stock Exchange. Mark holds the title of Senior Floor Official of the NYSE’s self governing body and has been Co Chairman of 2 NYSE Committees. Mark has arbitrage trading experience between the NYSE and Global Equities Markets having managed portfolios with combined market capital of over half a trillion dollars. Mark was a Global Risk Manager during the Yen Carry Trade Unwind in 2007, the 2008 Recession, the Greek/Eurozone Debt Crisis and the onset and unwind of Quantitative Easing. Mark has been instrumental in the development, testing and implementation of complex proprietary trading algorithms. Mark has also served as the NYSE’s resident expert on China’s economy and U.S listed Chinese companies. Over the years, Mark has been regularly interviewed by Chinese Media including: Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, China Business Network, Sina Finance and Sino Vision.
Prior to his career on the NYSE, Mark served 4 years as a United States Marine. Mark was a paratrooper in combat at the Panama Invasion 1989-90 and again in Desert Storm 1990-91. Mark received multiple awards including Combat Action Ribbon with 2nd award Gold Star and Marine Corps Jump Wings. Mr. Otto is based in New York.
Peter Halesworth is the founder and Managing Partner of Heng Ren Investments LP, an investment fund company. Heng Ren is a constructive and active investor in “orphaned” Chinese stocks listed on U.S. stock exchanges. Founded in 2013, Boston-based Heng Ren seeks to engage companies by sharing proprietary research and analysis to assist managements with creating long-term value for all shareholders. In 2016 Heng Ren received two awards from U.K. media group Acquisition International – “Best China-Focused Long-Term Active Asset Manager” and “Best Multi-Sector Small Cap Hedge Fund.” Halesworth previously worked at the investment banks of Credit Suisse and Nomura Securities with a focus on Asian equities. He is a graduate of Vassar College and was the recipient of the prestigious Vassar College Maguire Fellowship (Indonesia). Mr. Halesworth is based in Boston.
Kelvin Chan is Managing Director at East West Bank. He has over 20 years of technology lending experiences. Mr. Chan joined East West Bank in 2006 as the Founding Manager for the Bank's Technology Bank Group. Under his leadership, and the Bank's "Bridge Capabilities" in offering cross border financing, Mr. Chan has successfully built a well-diversified technology loan portfolio from ground zero with profitability achievement at the first year of operations. By applying his extensive knowledge of the emerging technology industry, venture capital, corporate finance, due diligence and banking industries, he has provided more than $500 million in debt financing to over 70 hi-tech companies over the past 10 years with East West Bank. Prior to jointing East West Bank, he was the founding member of the Technology Banking Group of United Commercial Bank and was instrumental to grow the commercial banking practice there. He also held positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Sumitomo Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Chan received his B.A. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Mr. Chan is based in Silicon Valley.

In the recent years, Mr. Song has been advising all kinds of companies from heavy industry to TMT in their share-listing in the multi-level capital market systems of China (i.e., NEEQ, Innovation Board, SME Board and Main Board). Mr. Song has also represented various Chinese A-share companies in their acquisition of international companies or non-public insurance of shares to international strategic investors. Joe Dews is a Partner in the Silicon Valley office of AGC Partners, a leading Technology investment bank focused on M&A and growth equity transactions. Joe has over 20 years of experiences in Technology investment banking and has completed over 90 financing and strategic transactions, including numerous transactions for companies in China, Korea and Taiwan. Joe also serves as an independent director on the board of NYSE-listed inTEST Corporation. Mr. Dews is based in San Francisco Bay Area.
Barry I. Grossman
Barry I. Grossman, a Partner of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole since its founding in 1992, is a corporate attorney who specializes in business transactions. Mr. Grossman's practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies, investment banks and funds in public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions (including “reverse mergers”), as well as general corporate matters. Daniel J. McClory is Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets and Head of China at Monarch Bay Securities, LLC. He previously held the same positions at Bonwick Capital Partners, LLC, Burnham Securities Inc. and at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC over the past 12 years. His teams have ranked in the Top Ten of league tables for placement agents, won 'Deal of the Year' at the M&A Advisor Awards, and completed IPOs and transactions for clients listed on NASDAQ, the NYSE, the London Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the Irish Stock Exchange.
